Owner Zak Matouka began cutting lawns in his neighborhood as a young kid, dragging a lawn mower behind him on his bike. During the winter after a snowfall, Zak would go door-to-door with his shovel in hand, asking if he could shovel his neighbors' driveways. His motivation, dedication, and experience fueled the idea for starting his very own landscaping company. Then in 2009, The Yard Men was born. The Yard Men initially started with only a handful of customers ten years ago, but with integrity and belief, Zak has built The Yard Men into the successful landscape company it is today!
